Following functions are supported: clipboard copy and paste, cropping, flipping, grayscale and black and white conversion, resizing, reversing, and rotating.
WebPic was designed to work with standard components such as PictureBox or TImage.
WebPic reads following formats: bmp, dib, rle, wbmp, gif, ico, jpg, jpeg, pcd, emf, wmf, png, tga, targa, tif, tiff, and pcx.
WebPic writes following formats: bmp, wbmp, gif, jpg, emf, png, tga, and tif.
Demo projects in Visual Basic, Delphi, and C++ Builder are included in distribution package.
