It features JPEG/GIF support, random wallpaper selection, automated changing of wallpaper on every startup, once a day or at regular intervals and icon transparency for your desktop icons. Wallpapers can be tiled, centered or resized to full screen. The program can analyze your picture and determinate the best matching background and the most readable icon caption color for you transparent icons. WPC supports multiuser environment and doesn't have to be installed. It's a plain .exe
