SupportSmith TeamUp! Lite is a free tool for peer to peer desktop and application sharing. You just need to install it on all your network PCs for easy desktop sharing and collaboration.

Only three steps to share: select your application or the whole desktop, enter ip:port or remote computer's name (soft must be installed there too, of course) and press SHARE! Your colleague will receive an invitation message, it accepts it, and you both will be working together.
