"Shhh" allows you to essentially "Shhh" or mute if you will, specific folders in your Outlook Express program.

You can "Shhh" specific folders all the time, or you can "Shhh" them during specific hours. "Shhh"ing a folder does not mark the emails in the folder read, nor does it delete them.

It merely keeps Outlook Express from giving you that "New mail icon" in the system tray, and mutes the sound, if the only new mail you just received is in folders the you have specified as being "Shhh"ed.

If you receive email in any other folders, you will get your usual new email notifications.

This is a tool I made for myself just because it truly got to a point where my productivity was being affected. Forget the email notifications that I just got new MySpace or Facebook. My spam folder gets anywhere between 300 - 500 spam emails a day.
