RealWorld Cursor Editor 2012.1

RealWorld Cursor Editor can create and edit static and animated Windows cursors. Cursors are created from images using a simple wizard. Images in cursors can be modified by drawing tools such as Lines, Curves, Rectangles, or Ellipses. A drag-and-drop based interface allows users to easily reorder, duplicate, or append frames to animated cursors. Application contains several predefined filters covering color corrections, sharpening, softening, motion blur, and other effects. Selected filters (for example drop shadow) can be applied on multiple images at once. The built-in raster image editor supports layers with effects.

The application installer does not require administrator rights, there is also a portable version available as a separate download.
