Maths Work sheet Generator 0.4

This program is designed to assist Teachers and Home learners to create
quick easy to use worksheets. All the worksheets can be printed out,
photocopied, and used free of charge.

- Added Reducing/Cancelling Down Fractions.
- Added Converting Improper Fractiions to Mixed Numbers.
- Added Converting Mixed Numbers to Improper Fractions.

- Added Decimal Number (Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide).
- Allowed Decimal Number functions to accept negative Numbers
- General bug fixes and tweaks
