LinguaSpace provides an easy to use vocabulary builder and flash cards exam exercise that allows you to concentrate on the learning itself and leave the drudgery for your computer. As you encounter new words you enter them and their translations into the vocabulary builder <screenshots.html> accumulating the new words to learn. Later on, you run the flashcards exam <screenshots.html> which displays the flashcards to let you choose a translation for a given word. LinguaSpace will adapt the exam along with your answers showing the words difficult to learn much more often. Flashcards exam window can be minimized to the system tray and will automatically pop up again in few minutes.
It is important to understand what LinguaSpace is and what it is not. It is a highly efficient tool for vocabulary building and tracking. It takes the burden of the vocabulary bookkeeping and forces you to learn. But it is not a standalone tool to learn the foreign language. I.e. you cannot just take a Cambridge dictionary and run it through the tool to master English in 2 months. You must read books, articles, write letters, chat in ICQ, take part in internet forums and blogs, listen TV and music, talk to native speakers and do many more various and exciting things to get it done.
