The program is designed for periodical replacement of wallpapers on the desktop of OS MS Windows(r). The main program characteristics are: the ability to work in agent mode as well as in "boot" mode, using of pictures archives, scaling and pictures background filling management, work in multi-user mode, simplicity and easiness of settings. The program works on the basis of .NET Framework 1.1 platform or higher.
