Free ASP Upload 1.1 Publisher's description

Upload files to your server from any browser. Fast, flexible, and free - no component required. This freeware script will make it very easy for you to add upload forms to your web site. Even better: you will be able to do it without having to buy an expensive binary upload component. Besides cost, binary components also require special server permissions. The advantage of having upload functionality in the form of source code is that you can add it easily, even to a web-hosting account with limited server permissions. Performance is not sacrificed in this ASP class. For some time, ASP servers have at their disposal powerful stream classes. They basically do all the brunt work, and the VBScript code merely adds logic to control them. You can try uploading a large file in the box above and you will see that the time to transfer the file is only dependent on your connection, not on the Free ASP Upload code.
