Flash Vista Style NavBar Menu Builder is a Flash-producing design tool for creating flash web menu on web pages. The flash can be customized highly and easily through the SCP(Script Configuration Program). You can specify size, image, color, link and much more to flash. It is unnecessary to write any code manually. SCP will generate all necessary codes automatically.
