Cool MP3 Mixer an intuitive multi-track mp3 sound recording, mixing and editing utility. You can record, overdub and mix multiple tracks of .mp3, .wav, .wma and .ogg audio files. It gives you the ability to mix multiple tracks in one.

Add some sounds, record a few from the CD or microphone. Change sounds position in real-time while its playing. Change sounds volume. And then mix all sounds in one and save as .mp3, .wav, .wma and .ogg audio files.
