Clipper is an easy-to-use screen capture utility that supports saving images in 9 different image formats, such as JPEG, PNG, GIF (animating and non-animating), Windows Bitmap (BMP), Enhanced Metafile (EMF), TrueVision Targa, TIFF, AVI, ZSoft Bitmap (PCX).
