Break Manager 1.2 Publisher's description

Break Manager is a Windows program which reminds you to take a break from your computer in order to avoid the stress, strain and possible physical injury (RSI - Repetetive Strain Injury) that can come from using your computer for long intervals without a break. It stays in the background and reminds you to take a rest at intervals which you set.
Useful, practical exercises are included which will help you to ease computer related stress and relax more while you are working. The program also keeps computer usage statistics (the number of mouse clicks and keyboard presses) so that you can see for yourself how much work you actually do on your computer.
