AllChars is a Windows utility that makes characters like é Ü ç î æ and € ² © £ ± ß ° ½ ¿ » easy accessible within every Windows application. Just type a CTRL-key (and release it!) followed by two characters that combined specify the character. AllChars also supports macros. You can type short names, resulting in AllChars sending long text bits to your application. Macros support includes secret macros for logins etc. and date/time functions.
