Description:

WebPic is an ActiveX control for opening, processing, and saving image files in popular formats. Following functions are supported: clipboard copy and paste, cropping, flipping, grayscale and black and white conversion, resizing, reversing, and rotating.
WebPic was designed to work with standard components such as PictureBox or TImage.
WebPic reads following formats: bmp, dib, rle, wbmp, gif, ico, jpg, jpeg, pcd, emf, wmf, png, tga, targa, tif, tiff, and pcx.
WebPic writes following formats: bmp, wbmp, gif, jpg, emf, png, tga, and tif.
Demo projects in Visual Basic, Delphi, and C++ Builder are included in distribution package.

Does not work with wmf, tif files
Does not load all tif or wmf files. These files can be viewed by PaintShopPro. So I know they are not corrupt.
