Poor Customer Support
Had this software on my computer for over 4 months. Unfortunately, I could not USE it. Somehow the password was changed, and I could not log in to the product. After the 30 day trial was over, I wanted to remove it from my PC, but could not. Every time I tried to remove it, when I rebooted it reloaded. I finally got a "password reset" tool from Parent tools, but it required a name and a key, which they failed to supply me with, and a response took over 2 weeks. I finally got the reset to work, but then it STILL would not let me back into the product so that I could purchase it! After another 2 weeks with no responses to help tickets, I gave up. I spend 2 hours scouring through my registry and hard-drive for anything related to their software and was finally able to remove the product from the system. The product itself is good, but the customer service makes this one a 'no touch' for me.
