This is nothing but an open source Recorder, that comes from Audacity. Audacity is a free, open source software for recording and editing sounds. It is available for Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, and other operating systems. and i've been working with Audacity for years, although this program may have a few more functions and file sound file extensions that it works with than Audacity. All in all it is a fine program.

I would prefer the Joy Ringtone Converter
it's more easy-to-use.
