Kylix SMS ActiveX is a powerful SMS component that gives your applications the capabilities to communicate with GSM mobile phones or GSM/GPRS modems. This SMS OCX allows you to send and receive ANSI or Unicode text messages, send WAP push SMS to mobile phone to download pictrues and ringtones, send USSD command to check your balance.
