Doesn't even work
It barely even works half of the time. A quarter of the time it just fails outright and you're screwed. The other quarter of the time you wait the 3 hours for it to convert to .mp4 and then you can't put it on your ipod. WASTE OF MONEY.

Appalling customer service
These guys have no idea about how to deal with customer problems. First they do not respond to tech support request about a failing in the software; second, when I have lost the paying job I got that caused me to need to buy their software, they fail to reply to any emails until I get really upset then they send me an email telling me not to bother them asking for a refund! They didn't even bother to investigate the problem! I would leave well alone if I were you!
