DVD to MP3 Converter - Floating Point Error
Don't buy this software! It was the biggest waste of $20 I have ever made.

When I tried to open a DVD I would get a screen full of "Floating Point error" messages. I have never gotten this message on any other software. Their technical support people take days to return e-mail messages. Still haven't responded to latest e-mail over two weeks now.

If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I would.

There is nothing wrong with my hardware or operating system, but there is something wrong with this software,
