Used it and it appeared to me as it really fits my projects. Well, I think customization options are many (thank God they've set some nice looking defaults). I've been using ActionScript for some time now, so I really like this component's flexibility. Maybe I would have like to change the color of the interface, but that's my own issue. Overall it's a professional tool I really enjoy using.
Oh, they have free support and a contact form in the component’s interface… ;)
